1 Pollack freshly caught - gutted and filleted..... |
The finished article... a good mug of tea, some bread and butter, the old tomato ketchup and fish, chips and mushy peas! Sorted...... |
Slowly mix in the beer until its nice and thick |
Cook until golden brown |
Place on kitchen paper to drain off excess oil |
Serve with chips and mushy peas |
Oh and the tomato sauce |
Heat the oil in a deep pan on to a high heat (do the bread test- dip a bit of bread in, when it bubbles its hot enough) |
