Fish 'n' Chips
Perhaps our favourite page. The fruits of our labour!
1 Pollack freshly caught -
gutted and filleted.....
The finished article... a good mug of tea, some bread and butter, the
old tomato ketchup and fish, chips and mushy peas! Sorted......
Slowly mix in the beer
until its nice and thick
Cook until golden brown
Place on kitchen paper to drain off excess oil
Serve with chips and mushy peas
Oh and the tomato sauce
Heat the oil in a deep pan on to a high
heat (do the bread test- dip a bit of bread
in, when it bubbles its hot enough)
These fillets are from the fish on the left
Don't forget the beer!
